After 17 years working as a street prostitute in New York City, undocumented immigrant Iván Monalisa reunites with a former college classmate and reflourishes in the search for identity as a transgender performer and writer.

Nicole Costa, who we already know as the lead actress in Los objetos amorosos, by Adrián Silvestre, present us with the dazzling figure of Iván Monalisa in a documentary as full of nuances and facets as is its star.
