RAKEL ESPARZA
Esparza holds a degree in Art History from the University of the Basque Country (UPV/EHU) and is an expert in Cultural Resource Management (University of Deusto). She has worked in programming and coordination, as well as in documentation and mediation in different companies and cultural institutions. Since 2008, she has been working at Azkuna Zentroa – AlhóndigaBilbao, Centre for Society and Contemporary Culture, currently in charge of cultural programming. She also participates as a member of jury, advisor, lecturer and teacher.
LUCAS PLATERO MÉNDEZ
Lecturer in Social Psychology at the Universidad Rey Juan Carlos – URJC, in addition to holding the position of Director of Publications in the General University Series at Editorial Bellaterra. In 2020, Platero was awarded the Emma Goldman Prize, which supports feminist research and knowledge creation in Europe. He is currently researching the experiences of LGBTQA+ children and teenagers in vulnerable backgrounds.
CATARINA VASCONCELOS
Her first feature-length documentary, A metamorfose dos pássaros, had its world premiere in the Encounters section of the 70th Berlinale in February 2020, where it won the FIPRESCI award. Among others, the film got the award for Best Film in the Zabaltegi-Tabakalera section at the San Sebastian International Film Festival – SSIFF. Her short film Nocturno para uma floresta premiered at the 76th Locarno International Film Festival in 2023. Since 2022, Catarina Vasconcelos has been a tutor at the EQZE – Elias Querejeta Zine School in San Sebastian.

LAURENT BOCAHUT
Producer, director and programmer, founder and co-president of Rainbow Submarine, association that produce Chéries-chéris Paris LGBTQI & +++ Film Festival Paris. In 1994, with his late partner Philip Brooks, Laurent was already on the initiating team. Then, they co-direct their documentary Woubi chéri, Gay Nights TV series for Canal+ and were associate producers on Madame Satã, Brazilian director Karim Aïnouz first feature. Now Laurent develop his documentary 30 Years of Woubia, a new dive into the energetic LGBTQI+ community of Abidjan, West Africa.
ALBA GONZÁLEZ MOLINA DE SOLER
She has co-directed the documentaries, and wrote and directed Julie (Best First Film, Silver Biznaga for Best Supporting Actress, Malaga Film Festival 2016), La hora de la merienda (2017) and El tiempo es nuestro (2020). She has been part of the pre-selection and selection teams at the MiradasDoc – International Documentary Film Festival and at the Barcelona Independent Film Festival L ‘Alternativa respectively. She combines audiovisual work with teaching. She is currently the managing director of CIMA, the Association of Women Filmmakers and Audiovisual Media.
OLATZ SALVADOR ZALDUA
Her first solo album, Zintzilik (2018, Airaka), led her to share the bill with artists such as Rosalía and The Weezer, as well as opening the concerts of Christina Rosenvinge and Xoel López. With Aho uhal (2021, Airaka) she performed almost a hundred concerts in five states. She has collaborated with Rozalén, Alaia Martin, Kiko Veneno, Ariel Rot, Iván Ferreiro, Judit Neddermann, among others. She is a member of the managing board of Musikariak Ikastetxeetan, Emakumeak Oholtzara and other projects. In 2022, she was granted the Musika Bulegoa award. A year later, she composed the soundtrack for the documentary Arnasa betean (2023).

TAU LUNA ACOSTA
Visual artist, researcher, curator and mediator. In 2018, they founded the Escuela de Artes y Oficios Electrónicos (School of Electronic Arts and Crafts) in Bogotá. They also co-directed La creatura re[d]productora feminista cooperative (Barcelona, 2022-2024), where they designed Urdimbre. Currently living in La Escocesa, they work as a translator and are part of the Selvagem community. Luna was a scholarship holder of the Independent Study Programme of the Museo de Arte Contemporáneo Barcelona (PEI MACBA, Museum of Contemporary Art Barcelona), of the WHW Akademija (Zagreb), of Intercambio Matadero-La Escocesa (2023) and part of the mediation team of the Centre d’Arts Santa Mónica (Barcelona).
DANELE SARRIUGARTE MOCHALES
Writer and translator. She has published two novels and some short stories, as well as having translated into Basque works by numerous authors (Angela Davis, Eva Illouz and McKenzie Wark, among others). She usually conducts in-depth interviews every three weeks in the Argia magazine, while she also collaborates with other mass media. Currently, she is hosting the Popperra, afterra, utopia broadcast together with Miren Narbaiza “Mice”. She is also writing other works.
FEFA VILA NÚÑEZ
Researcher and teacher, writer, independent curator and queer feminist activist. She is a promoter and activist of the group LSD (1993-1998), a group of queer political reference and public artistic-cultural intervention in Spain. Her work includes ¿Archivo queer? (2014) and Face2Face (with Marisa Maza); the curatorship of Queer Archive? (2016); Con-Tacto: Políticas y poéticas de la tocabilidad (2021) and ¡Siempre estuvimos aquí¡ Manifestaciones culturales y políticas LGTBI_Q (1977-2021) (2022). In 2017 she was artistic director of the programme El porvenir de la revuelta (Memoria y deseo LGTBIQ) in Madrid and in 2019 she published El libro de buen [A]mor. Sexualidades raras y políticas extrañas.
