ZINEGOAK

Zinegoak Elkartea is a non-profit socio-cultural association that understands culture as a tool for social transformation. From the audiovisual field and through activism, it develops and produces projects that strengthen the presence of LGBTQIA+ voices and experiences in contemporary culture, expand references, and question the dominant representations of sexual, affective and gender diversity.

Its projects and activities combine film and performing arts programming, the creation of spaces for thought and debate, support for professionals and audiovisual projects, and audience development. Through this work, it connects queer creation with diverse audiences and promotes access and cultural participation in Bilbao and other municipalities in the territory.
